Our supplier portal optimizes and accelerates communication with our suppliers.
Our suppliers are encouraged to use the portal for optimal communication and document exchange.
With Ariba, you can participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) electronically, easily and directly. All RFP are visible at a glance, including the current status. Both our RFP and those of your other customers can be viewed, provided they also use SAP Business Network Supplier (ariba.com).

If you have any questions regarding the content of an RFP, please contact the responsible purchaser. You are welcome to use the message function in Ariba for this purpose.
I have received an invitation to participate in a RFP. Questions have arisen during registration - who can I contact?

Where can I sign up if I am already a supplier and have an Ariba account?
Please click on the link you received in the e-mail to participate in the call for entries. You can then log in with your existing access data.
How do I respond to a request in Ariba?
Please read through the instructions for responding to requests first. If you still have questions or problems answering the request, you can contact SAP support or the responsible purchaser.
How do I use SAP Ariba?
Ariba is web-based, which means that all you need is an Internet connection and an Internet browser. Learn how to edit and submit an RFx in Ariba here:
Is there a charge for using SAP Ariba?
The functions for answering inquiries are free of charge.
There are two options available for using Ariba Network:
- Standard account (free of charge)
- Enterprise account (fee required)
In Jaggaer Portal you can maintain your master data (address), manage quality and environmental certificates and update your supplier profile.
