With the regional ‘Healthy Employer’ seal of approval, the Corporate Health Alliance recognises companies that are committed to the professional and physical and mental well-being of their employees.

Systematic occupational health management creates greater awareness of holistic health - in the workplace and beyond. Health-promoting working conditions and a wide-ranging portfolio of programmes support our colleagues in strengthening their own skills and improving their health in the long term. The ‘Healthy Employer’ label offers skilled workers important guidance when choosing their future employer.

Occupational health management under the name LIFE is the strong brand for health in the company and stands for the long-term individual promotion of personal responsibility. Employees are empowered to adopt healthy behaviour and are actively supported in this by Power Systems. By creating healthy structures in close dialogue with the company medical service, occupational safety, the company health insurance fund and other stakeholders in the company, we attach great importance to ensuring that our employees can enjoy their health in the long term.

The portfolio includes campaigns in the areas of healthy eating, addiction prevention, health-promoting exercise and mental and psychological health.

Employees can find support at LIFE, for example, in the form of individual health counselling on nutrition or exercise issues, regular check-ups during working hours or team activities and workshops. It is also easy to
socialise with colleagues in one of the numerous company sports groups, at the free courses offered during the lunch break or at events such as the Friedrichshafen company run. This makes socialising at Power Systems easy!
