Connect all your equipment
Data collection from your fleet, asset, system and engine
Connectivity is the basis for all the advantages of digitally supported service. Using our edge software connected to the control unit, you and your service network can monitor relevant deviations from the optimum condition remotely. We offer several ways of collecting data, including the creation of interfaces to already existing data sets. In doing so, we always adhere to the highest data privacy and security standards in the industry.
Access your data
- Remote monitoring, available for individual assets, as well as complete fleets worldwide
- Different device and software options
ensure optimal connectivity - Data privacy and security to the
highest industry standards
Monitor your fleet
Visualization of data for a quick and accurate overview of your fleet
With the mtu Go platform, predefined users, such as on-site technicians or managers, can view system data and perform initial analyses using diagnostic tools. By accessing the same information, your service network can provide fast support in handling alarms and planning necessary maintenance together with you. Open APIs will allow you to interface directly to your existing dashboards or systems in the future.
Keep track of your data
- All important data and alarms available at a glance for efficient fleet monitoring
- Intuitive and clear design for easy operation
- Visual comparison of data using the diagnostic tools for initial analyses
Manage your fleet
Digital solutions for your detailed data analysis
Supported by mtu Go your service network is able to analyze all relevant data from your equipment and compare it with data sets from other systems. From this we together can proactively derive recommendations for action. In the future, the analysis can be enriched with additional external data sets, such as environmental influences or time schedules. Cross-linking data will create new opportunities for optimizing business processes.
Learn from your data
(products under development)
- Algorithms for proactive early detection of deviations
- Troubleshooting based on large amounts of data with artificial intelligence
- Comparison with data outside own fleet leads to faster knowledge transfer and serves as an optimal service tool for initial analyses
Want to learn more?
Our digital platform mtu Go is being developed as the primary source for you and your service network to analyze system data quickly, determine important action steps, and plan them optimally. With a growing number of mtu Go features you can easily connect, remotely monitor, efficiently maintain and proactively manage your engines, systems, assets and global fleets like never before.
For the mobile version, please download our app. It includes the main features of mtu Go and is optimized for handheld devices.
Fleet Dashboard
With our dashboard designed specifically for your business needs, both you and your service network can immediately get a clear overview of the status of your connected engines, assets and fleets in their area of responsibility. A software interface (a so-called API) can be created in future to directly present the data in an existing system, if required.
Alarm Management
Quick and precise alarm management is possible due to the visualization of the latest alarms (color coded, based on level of importance). Detail, such as cause and correction information from the technical documentation and related alarms from other engines enable you to take action immediately.
Multigraph for Troubleshooting
With the multigraph tool, you can learn from first analytic insights on your own by comparing data over different time spans and from different engines or systems. By plotting sensor data on a visual graph and comparing it, engineers and technicians can draw quick conclusions on patterns or trends. These charts can be printed and downloaded in common formats, such as PDF or CSV, for further use.
Service Network Management
Through our specific user-role management you as the data owner can decide who has access to your asset data, at all times. You can define your own set-up, invite new users from your company and name your preferred and additional regional service partners to receive remote service support. For further assistance our mtu Customer Care Centre can support you 24/7 worldwide.
Product Roadmap Tool
To make our digital journey transparent and improve our offering, we share our product roadmap with all users and collect feedback and new ideas from you. With the easy-to-use front-end you can submit, rate and comment ideas online. This ensures that we create value that truly benefits your business now and in the future.
Online Commissioning
Adding assets to an existing fleet is fast and easy by following the five steps in our online commissioning form. The process guides you through the details on how to connect the device and map the engine information to you and your service network. After successful completion, our mtu Go administration enables the data transmission for the visualization on your mtu Go application.
mtu Go - How to get started
Step 1 – Contact your mtu Partner
Your mtu Sales & Service contact will recommend the best connectivity solution for your fleet. This includes a hardware package as well as its installation and the data connection. The contractual conditions depend on the customized support level you choose. We offer you a range from full maintenance service to remote access only.
Step 2 – Connect your Equipment
Your mtu Service will install the hardware on your equipment - either along with the engine commissioning or on demand later in the field. The installation is completed successfully once the online commissioning form is filled out by your mtu service partner. Our mtu Go administrator will then match the collected data to your fleet to enable remote monitoring.
Step 3 – Register Online
With the mtu Go Connect agreement in place and the hardware connected, you can visit mtu Go to register and start monitoring your equipment. You can also manage the user and company settings online. Access is available via web browser or mobile application (IOS and Android).
