Change in the Supervisory Board of Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG and MTU Friedrichshafen GmbH

Axel Arendt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG and MTU Friedrichshafen GmbH, will resign from the board on 31 May 2021. A successor is currently being sought and will be announced shortly.
“I have had the pleasure to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board of Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG and MTU Friedrichshafen since 19 May 2010 with a brief interruption. Since 22 July 2016, I have had the honour to lead this body. I wish the company and its employees a good future”, says Axel Arendt.
