Built to answer all the needs of a drilling operation, mtu’s Electric DrillingPack (EDP) delivers high performance, efficiency and reliability. Available in EPA Tier 4- and Tier 2-certified versions for 60Hz, as well as an EU Stage V non-road certified version for 50Hz, the self-contained package integrates diesel engine, generator, radiator and other mtu components seamlessly. Featuring industry-leading technology and a proven common rail injection system, the engine delivers fuel efficiency and outstanding transient response.
The EDP’s system components are built for maximum durability and designed to withstand extreme environmental conditions. At the same time, reduced heat and noise emissions – thanks to the radiator – mean improved operational safety and less strain on personnel.
